Job Description

About the role

Premiership Women’s Rugby (PWR) is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for an Events and Partnerships Executive to help deliver world‑class experiences for our partners, stakeholders and fans. Working as part of PWR’s commercial team, this role will support the planning and delivery of our partnerships and events programme — from match‑day activations and hospitality through to media days and league finals. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, takes pride in detail and delivery, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of professional women’s club rugby. You’ll work closely with partners, clubs, players and internal teams to ensure PWR delivers against its commercial commitments and continues to raise standards across women’s sport.

About PWR

Premiership Women’s Rugby (PWR) exists to be the most competitive, progressive and sustainable domestic women’s rugby competition in the world.
Established in January 2024, PWR is a small central team working closely with nine Premiership Women’s Rugby clubs and the Rugby Football Union (RFU) to deliver the league strategy, drive growth and lead the professional development of women’s club rugby.
Women’s rugby is entering a defining period, with unprecedented visibility, investment and opportunity. PWR sits at the heart of this moment — delivering elite competition, creating meaningful commercial partnerships and inspiring the next generation of players and fans.

• Finding creative and innovative ways to add value for both partners and PWR
• Attending match days and partner activations as required
