Whether you come from an early years, education, childcare, sport or gymnastics background, we're looking for someone with the personality, confidence and passion to create fun, engaging and memorable experiences for every child who walks through our doors.

Our preschool sessions provide the foundations for physical development, confidence, independence and a lifelong love of movement. As a coach, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where children feel supported, challenged and excited to learn.

This is a part-time role of approximately 10-15 hours per week, primarily delivered during weekday & daytime hours. Additional hours may be available through holiday programmes, cover opportunities and Academy events.

Main Purpose of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and child-centred individual who is passionate about helping young people develop through sport and physical activity.

As a Preschool Gymnastics Coach, you will lead and support engaging sessions for children aged 1-5, creating positive experiences for children and parents. You will work closely with families, building strong relationships and delivering sessions that are fun, purposeful and developmentally appropriate.

At NGA, we believe great coaches inspire more than gymnastics. We help children develop confidence, resilience, social skills and a love of being active. We are committed to investing in our people and will support the successful candidate with ongoing training and gymnastics qualifications where required.
