The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to transform communities through tennis, making the sport welcoming, enjoyable, and inspiring for all.

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and strategic Head of Delivery to lead a team of Delivery Managers in the implementation of our tennis and padel participation strategy at a local level.

As one of five Heads of Delivery, you will play a critical role in mobilising every aspect of the tennis and padel ecosystem in your area, both traditional and new, ensuring a joined-up approach to maximise impact, with a focus on growing and diversifying the player base.

Please note you will require the RTW in the UK to apply for this role and live within commutable distance of the National Tennis Centre.

Interview Timelines
