The Role As Senior Manager, Results Technology and Games Management Systems, you will lead two key workstreams: Results Technology Services (RTS) and Games Management Systems (GMS). Acting as the organisation’s subject matter expert, you will collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure that all Games-critical systems are designed, tested, and operated seamlessly. From overseeing timing, scoring, and results technology to ensuring the smooth integration of accreditation, and volunteer systems, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the Games running to the highest standard. Job Summary: Key responsibilities include managing the planning, testing, and delivery of all competition results services with RTS partners, overseeing the design, integration, and user support of Games Management Systems. Ensuring effective governance, project planning, and budget management across both workstreams, and confirming operational readiness for Games-time delivery, including issue management through the Technology Operations Centre and post-Games decommissioning and wrap-up. Key Skills and Experience: We are looking for a proven technology leader, with major sporting event experience, in results technology and/or Games management systems. You will bring strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge of sports data systems, Olympic Data Feed (ODF) or similar, APIs, and Olympic Results and Information Services (ORIS). You will be familiar with Games Systems, accreditation, sport entries, or volunteer platforms, and possess excellent analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
