Job Description
ORE Physio – London Bridge, SE1 & East Dulwich, SE22

£40–£65 per hour / up to 50% fee split
Self-employed | Part-time with opportunity to increase

CORE Physio is expanding with a new clinic in London Bridge, SE1, and we are looking for an experienced MSK / Sports Physiotherapist to join our clinical team.

Our new London Bridge clinic is being developed around physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation and physical performance, with dedicated treatment rooms and a rehabilitation and performance gym.

We are particularly interested in experienced clinicians with a strong background in MSK, sports injuries, rehabilitation or strength & conditioning who would like the opportunity to help develop a growing private physiotherapy service.

The role

You will manage your own MSK and sports caseload, assessing and treating patients from initial diagnosis through rehabilitation and return to activity or sport.

The position will initially be part-time, ideally at least two regular shifts per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your caseload develops. The role can equally remain part-time and may suit an experienced clinician combining private practice with NHS, professional sport or another clinical position.

For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to take a Lead Physiotherapist role and contribute to the development of CORE's physiotherapy, rehabilitation and performance services.

Clinical & performance services

Our developing service includes:

MSK and sports physiotherapy

Sports injury and return-to-sport rehabilitation

Post-operative rehabilitation

Strength & conditioning and performance rehabilitation

Running and movement assessment

Sports and performance testing

Shockwave therapy

Dry needling and physiotherapy acupuncture

Sports massage and advanced soft-tissue therapy

We are keen to hear from clinicians who already have specialist expertise in these or other areas, as well as those interested in developing additional specialist services within CORE.

What we offer

Strong earning potential – up to a 50% fee split, with earning potential of approximately £40–£65 per clinical hour depending on appointment type, experience and specialist skills.

New London Bridge clinic – a substantial new physiotherapy and rehabilitation facility close to London Bridge and Borough stations.

Rehabilitation & performance facilities – dedicated space for active rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and return-to-sport work rather than treatment-room-only physiotherapy.

Clinical autonomy – manage your patients using an evidence-based approach and develop areas of specialist clinical interest.

Established business – CORE already operates an established clinic in East Dulwich with an existing client base and is now expanding its physiotherapy offering across both locations.

Flexible commitment – initially part-time, with the opportunity to build towards a larger caseload or full-time private practice if desired.

About you

We are ideally looking for:

HCPC-registered Physiotherapist

CSP membership

Approximately 5+ years' post-graduate experience for Senior / Lead applicants

Strong MSK assessment, treatment and rehabilitation skills

Experience or a strong interest in sports injury rehabilitation and return to sport

Confidence working independently in private practice

An evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment

Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Right to work in the UK

Experience within professional or amateur sport, strength & conditioning, sports medicine, shockwave therapy, dry needling, acupuncture, running assessment, performance testing or another relevant specialist area would be particularly welcome.

Applicants with fewer than five years' experience but a particularly strong MSK, sports or rehabilitation background are also welcome to apply.
