Job Description

Through the use of video and objective analysis, you will apply our club criteria for talent identification, to profile internal and external players. Your drive and innovation will lead the development of this area to execute better in identifying the right individuals to deliver the clubs vision on the pitch. You will be comfortable working confidentially and have experience in communicating messages and developing relationships at management and executive level. The right candidate will be educated to degree level, with post-graduate experience in collecting, reading and summarising data.
