Mixing a goal orientated approach with your flair for communication, you will utilise analysis from matches to develop evolution of the team and individual players in line with our club vision. As a natural facilitator and organiser, you will use flexible strategies in the delivery of information to suit learning styles and environments. The post holder will hold a degree in coaching or psychology disciplines, have proven experience of using objective data to drive performance related work with individuals and groups, and be comfortable with IT and video editing software
