Job Description




There are two roles available for Independent Members on the International Federation's Nominations Committee.

The primary purpose of the Nominations Committee is to make recommendations to the INF Board to assist INF achieve its vision, values and strategic goals through the recruitment of suitably qualified individuals to the INF Board and Committees.
The responsibility of the Committee is to assist the Board with the appointment of Board, Committee members and other roles in line with the INF Articles of Association, Board Governance Policy and the relevant Terms of Reference.

The Committee shall define, review and recommend policy and procedures for recruitment, including selection, appraisal, retention, removal and retirement of Directors, including managing and monitoring such processes, policies and procedures.

The Committee shall define, review and recommend a succession planning process and methodology to the INF Board, which ensures a full and diverse range of personal and professional skills, experience, qualifications and background to meet the varied demands of a successful Board, an effective committee structure and a high-performing International Federation.

The Nominations Committee is a new committee and is an important addition to the INF governance structure.
