About the opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive to join the Marketing department, at our headquarters within the Royal Liver Building, Liverpool. As Marketing Operations Executive, a crucial part of your role will be to lead and coordinate all multi-channel matchday asset requirements, ensuring smooth liaison with third-party suppliers and internal teams. This includes overseeing the rollout and sign-off processes for matchday collateral connected to both the Men’s First Team and Women’s Team.This role will also be key to the implementation and delivery of marketing plans and activities across our key consumer-facing ticketed products, including (but not limited to):Match-by-match General AdmissionSeason TicketsStadium ToursBars, Restaurants and ExperiencesYou will also assist with the development delivery of marketing plans for other key Club stakeholders, taking ownership of day-to-day management for smaller client services and leading bespoke projects that support internal Club objectives - helping to deliver high-quality campaigns and initiatives that ensure the Everton family of brands are communicated consistently, positively and effectively.Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in marketing campaign management (preferably with experience within the sports, leisure and entertainment sector, or via ticketed products), strong project management skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines.Other key Knowledge and Skills include: Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.Knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including digital, print, and in-venue activity.Experience of coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing sign-off processes.Understanding of brand management and the importance of consistent messaging.Experience producing reports on marketing activity and performance.Essentially, the successful candidate must demonstrate a solid track record in delivering marketing campaigns to targets with ability to manage workload effectively working towards tight deadlines. This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week with the closing date for this role being Thursday 2nd October 2025. The location for this role is at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
