This is an executive summary of the final evaluation report on the Women and Leadership Development Programme (WLDP). The WLDP was a three year pilot programme designed to develop 15 selected women leaders in UK sports organisations. It was a partnership programme between UK Sport, British Olympic Foundation and Central Council of Physical
Recreation and was managed by UK Sport.
