Philip Carling
Chair of the Sports Council for Wales, Philip Carling took up post on 1 February 2004. Philip is a former Chief Executive of Nottinghamshire and Glamorgan County Cricket Clubs.
He is an experienced business consultant who has worked successfully in the public, private and voluntary sectors on major projects and sponsorship/marketing campaigns. Philip is also Chair of UK Sport's Remuneration Committee and is a member of UK Sport's Audit Committee and Major Events Panel. He is a Vice Chair of UK Anti-Doping.
