All athletes should know their rights as an athlete and the anti-doping rules that they compete under.
All athletes have a responsibility to compete cleanly and fairly. Under the 'strict liability' rules set out in international sport, they are responsible for any prohibited substances found in their system. It is therefore vital they understand the rules, policies and procedures that exist to protect their right to compete on a level playing field.
This section provides the key information that all sportsmen and women need to know to enable them to compete drug-free, and to ensure they do not fall foul of the rules through inadvertent doping. Click on the links below to find out more, and visit the 100% Me website for more on the rights and responsibilities of athletes.
