After winning three gold medals and one silver at the 2011 European Junior Championships in Belgrade, 16-year-old Siobhan-Marie became the youngest British swimmer to qualify for London 2012, winning the 100m breaststroke at the ASA National Championships in Sheffield in June 2012.
