Goalball at London 2012
Venue: Olympic Park – Copper Box
Dates: 30 Aug-7 Sep
Medal events: 2 – men and women
Goalball was a demonstration sport at the Toronto 1976 Paralympic Games and then became part of the official programme four years later, in Arnhem.
At the London 2012 Games, goalball will take place at the Copper Box on the Olympic Park and 132 athletes will compete.
