Beverley Jones won Great Britain's first medal of the day as she took bronze in the Women’s Discus Throw F37.

Helena Lucas has won Sailing gold in the Single-Person Keelboat (2.4mR). Helena has won Great Britain’s first Paralympic Sailing medal.

Niki Birrell and Alexandra Rickham then won Sailing bronze in the SKUD18.

Sarah Storey OBE wins her fourth Gold of the Games in the C4-5 Women's Road Race. This is Sarah's 11th Gold Paralympic Medal, equalling Tanni Grey-Thompson's record.

In the SM9 Women's 200m Individual Medley, Stephanie Millward takes Silver in 2:36.21, and Louise Watkin wins Bronze in 2:37.79.

Josef Craig breaks his own World Record with a time of 4:42.81, taking Gold in the S7 400m Freestyle.

Susie Rodgers takes ParalympicGB's 100th medal winning Bronze in the S7 400m Freestyle.

In Athletics, Ben Rushgrove wins Bronze in the T36 200m.

Paul Blake wins Bronze in the T36 800m.

Bringing the medal total to 103, Heather Frederiksen has won Silver in the S8 Freestyle.

In the T34 Women's 200m, Hannah Cockroft wins Gold and sets a new Paralympic Record of 31.90.

Ola Abidogun adds another medal to the tally with a Bronze in the T46 100m.

An amazing win by David Weir in the T54 800m, gaining his third Gold of the Games.

Jonnie Peacock stormed ahead to win Gold in the T44 100m, acheiving a Paralympic Record of 10.90s.

Dan Greaves wins Silver in the F44 Men's Discus.
