Job Description

Sport Makers are people who make sport happen. The programme was development as part of Places People Play the legacy strategy for the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. It is our chance to create a lasting legacy and everyone can play their part.

Merseyside Sports Partnership is looking for over 1,000 volunteers to be the inspiration for their friends, family and colleagues to:

  • Get involved and have fun
  • Meet new friends
  • Try new sports, have new experiences
  • Be a part of the London 2012 legacy

There are lots of incentives too:

  • FREE Adidas kit*
  • FREE 3 months membership of Lifestyles Fitness Centres*

*Adidas kit supplied at workshop and 3 months membership voucher supplied on completion of 10 hours as a Sport Maker
