European Taekwondo Championships

This will be the first time that the European Championships have been staged in the UK and with the event being scheduled just weeks before the Olympic Games, it will be the last opportunity for leading teams from across the continent to fine tune their preparations. With the British team for London 2012 being selected soon after the conclusion of the Championships it will also provide the last chance for GB stars such as current European Champions Sarah Stevenson and Aaron Cook to secure their place for London 2012.
